Determine the installation location of the insect net:
Insect-proof nets are usually installed at the air inlets and exhaust vents. In places where the wind direction is relatively fixed, the insect-proof nets on the windward side windows are better than those on the leeward side windows. For natural ventilation greenhouses with side windows and skylights, it is better to install insect nets on the side windows and skylights at the same time.
Gray Shade Net 100 GSM
6-pin grey shade mesh with tonal overlock. The sunshade net is made of polyethylene (HDPE) material with about 1-5% UV stabilizer and antioxidant. The size can be customized, and its maximum width can reach 12 meters. The weight per square gram of the shading net is 100 grams, and the shading rate can reach more than 90%. Compared with black, gray has better light transmittance, and is more suitable for cold-resistant and semi-cold-resistant leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, and black thorn to cover in winter, which is conducive to moisturizing and preventing frost.

For breeding and scientific research greenhouses, the requirements for insect control are very high. In addition to installing insect-proof nets at the air inlet and outlet, insect-proof nets should also be installed on the fan ports. The fan-mouth insect-proof nets should be installed inside the fan and kept dry. All gaps in the greenhouse should be properly sealed.
Installation requirements for insect nets:
The installation of the insect-proof net must be stacked, clamped or close to the surrounding covering. After installation, it should be flat and wrinkle-free, and there should be no gaps between them.
Installation of insect net:
There are many ways to install the insect-proof net. According to the structure of the greenhouse, there are many ways to install it. The designer and user of the insect-proof net should choose the installation method according to the principle of simplicity and effectiveness. Only two installation methods are introduced here.
For semi-fixed installation, the upper edge of the insect net is fixed with a film groove and a circlip, and a reel and film roll mechanism are installed at the lower end.
Fixed installation For plastic film greenhouses or greenhouses, use the film grooves and clips around the window to level the insect-proof net and fix it on the card groove. This method is more suitable for greenhouses with forced ventilation systems. For glass greenhouses and PC board greenhouses, the insect-proof net can refer to the screen windows of ordinary buildings and adopt a frame structure. For the electric window opening method that is not suitable for the frame structure screen window, a more complicated installation method should be considered to make the sealing effect good.
When the reel hangs down, the insect net unfolds. During the pest-free period, in order to improve ventilation conditions, the insect-proof net can be rolled up to reduce airflow resistance. This installation method is more suitable for naturally ventilated greenhouses.
